1. Who we are

The website https://getviewhouse.com and the online course are offered by View House ("we", "us"). You can reach us via email [email protected]. By buying a program you agree to these Terms.

2. What you buy

View House is an online course about creating and growing faceless YouTube channels with AI: text lessons with assignments, checklists, prompts and templates, plus help from our support team. Each program (Basic, Advanced, VIP) includes exactly what is listed for it on the sales page at the moment of purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid once, in a stablecoin (USDT or USDC) on the network you choose at checkout, to the wallet address shown there. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the correct network, and for the network fees. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed: funds sent to a wrong address, token or network may be lost, and we cannot guarantee their recovery.

Each order has its own exact amount. A payment counts as received once it is confirmed on the blockchain and matches that amount; you then receive a personal course link. If an amount does not match (for example, an exchange deducted its fee), contact support and we will match it by hand.

4. Your access and licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your own channels. You may not share your personal link or password, resell, publish or redistribute the materials, in full or in part. We may suspend access, without refund, if these rules are broken. Access to the course materials is lifetime for as long as the course is operated; if we ever close it, we will give you notice and a way to download your materials.

5. No guaranteed results

The course teaches methods; it does not promise any number of views, subscribers or any income. Results depend on your work, niche, consistency, YouTube's decisions and other factors outside our control. Nothing in the course is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for following YouTube's policies and the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

View House is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All course videos, texts, templates and other materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or a channel being restricted by YouTube.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the seller. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
