Refund Policy

14-day refund

If the course is not right for you, write to email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment, with the transaction hash, and we will refund you. You do not need to explain why, although we appreciate feedback.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the same stablecoin and on the same network you paid with, to the address you paid from or another address you give us. The blockchain network fee for the refund is deducted from the amount. We process refunds within 7 days of your request.

Exceptions

• Access to the course ends when a refund is made.
• Requests after 14 days are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.

Payment problems

If you sent a wrong amount, we will either ask you to send the difference or return the payment minus network fees. Funds sent on a wrong network or token may not be recoverable; contact us right away and we will do what we can.
